FAQ’s

  • How much does a custom order cost?

    • The price depends on the complexity of the design, the size of the design, and the number of colors used. For example, m

y skeleton hand designs are $425 and fully custom work goes up from there (the average range is $500-$900).

  • You never answered my email!

    • Most of the time my reply will be in your promotions/spam folder! If it’s not there it will be soon. Please keep in mind this is a one woman business and I spend most of my day hand making your jackets. It may take me up to a week to answer your email but I promise I am working as quickly as I can!

  • Do you provide the jackets for custom orders?

    • Nope! The jacket is just as personal as the design that I will be stitching onto it! Everyone has their own tastes/preferences so the jacket is up to you! I just ask that you send me a photo of it first so that I can confirm it is stitchable.

  • How long do custom orders take?

    • I typically recommend reaching out 3+ months before you need your jacket but email me if you need a rush order & I will try my best to make it happen! Your spot is only reserved once the design deposit has been paid!

  • Can any garment be customized?

    • I typically customize jackets and shirts that button/snap completely open. 100% Cotton non-stretch denim and thick canvas fabrics are the best! Send me a picture of your garment and I can give it the green light.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    • At this time I do not offer returns or exchanges but if you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to reach out to me!

  • My package was lost!

    • Once your package is in the hands of the mailer, it is out of my hands entirely! I typically ship via USPS but if you are worried about your package being lost or stolen, we can insure your package or have a signature requirement.

  • How do I apply my patch?

    • All of my patches are finished with Iron-On Backing. Choose the perfect spot for your patch. Wet a damp rag/washcloth and lay it over the patch. Iron the patch for 30 seconds. Let the patch cool and check to see if the edges are secure. Repeat process until edges are fully secured.

If you’re feeling crafty, the patches can be sewed down with a basic needle and thread! This keeps them extra secure.
